Where do you buy your supplements

Ok so I read that those suffering from hypothyroidism are taking selenium. What else do you take please and where do you source them please? Thanks

I source good quality supplements from various online suppliers, choosing the ones who give good service and best prices (avoiding high street and supermarket own brands).

But you don't just go ahead and supplement, you test first then supplement where necessary.

If you do the thyroid/vitamin test bundle and post your results, then members will respond and point out where any supplements may be beneficial, along with doses and good brands.
