I have hashimoto disease and take 75 mg of synthroid a day. In the last month my breast have became extremely sore mainly my nipples which feel like they are always hot and raw is this normal

How long have you been on 75mcg dose?

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose increase

When did you last have Thyroid levels tested?

High prolactin levels can be symptom of Hashimoto's.

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common with Hashimoto's
