don't know, but I would say you shouldn't ignore testicular pain. Torsion can be really serious.

As a female, I can't answer your question. But one question I would ask is have you had a vasectomy? If so do some research, Google "Post Vasectomy Pain Syndrome". My son had this problem, it was basically down to a botched vasectomy and he ended up losing his testicle.

I have not had one.

Just wondering if it’s part of my right loin pain or the other way round

yes. However I had associated it with Super high SHBG which is caused by Levothyroxine and effectively binds too much testosterone So free testosterone levels could be an issue. OR . . . I recently saw research which confirmed DI02 presence in testes so if T4 is low (or even too high) it's conceiveable (!) that pain and dysfunction is a sign of local tissue hypothyrodisim! ? yet another complication / consequence of all this thyroid bollox which doesnt get any credence or attention from most endocrinologists. I'm trying Boron supplemuls to ameliorate the testosterone binding of raised SHBG btw! Google it!
