If that's the case I've had stomach infection for over 25yrs stomach ulcer inconvenience in the bowels I'm in trouble
Fore warned is fore armed. It can take up to 17 years for this knowledge to hit mainstream medicine. Auto immune paleo or Keto diet with ntrrmittent fasting seem to be the most referenced diets currently.
