Thank God, I have been avoiding Coke and other soft drinks, energy drinks, beverages for more than 5 years now. My alternative is fresh juice of any fruit prepared at home. Just saw this image on a health website and thought of sharing with you all.

On my tablet I can't read the small writing, but there has been information about how bad Coke is for years but there are plenty of people who don't heed it.

Interesting but I don’t think I’ve ever had more than a few mouthfuls. I just wonder about the effects of the Christmas syrupy coffees sold at Costa / Starbucks etc

It taste amazing though. Clears your head. Makes you smile. Gives you tons of energy. Great for upset stomach. Keeps you regular. I feel I need to balance the article with some positives : ) Oh and Coca Cola has the best Christmas adverts : ) Cheers!
Its the caffeine rather than anything else I reckon. If I drink normal coke I'm a skaky, bloated mess. Caffeine free and I have no problems.
What would happen if you taken thyroxine with a normal thyroid function?
