What times shall I take the saliva test?

Can I please get help on the times I should do the 4 point saliva test , starting from the morning one..

I ordered from Regenerus..

The instructions that come with your kit from Regenerus tells you exactly when and how to do your samples.

Assuming you have the trifold "Instructions" leaflet, one page says "Collection Times" which lists the following:

1) Before breakfast - collect 30 minutes after awakening (set a timer if possible)

2) Before lunch

3) Before dinner

4) Before bedtime - preferably at least one hour after dinner
