Folate

Following on from my previous post on Thyroid Ultravit results I have now received folate results:

FOLATE (SERUM) 12.54 ug/L 3.89 - 26.80

Should I aim for top of the reference range for folate?

Folate is recommended to be at least half way through range, so 15.5+ with that range.

I see from your previous post that you left all your supplements off for a few weeks before testing, and that you intend to restart with Igennus Super B x 1 tablet daily. This will give you 200mcg methylfolate which should nudge your level up.
