Help With Bloods Please (Iron/B12/Folate etc)

Hello,

I asked my respiratory specialist to check my bloods recently as I’m still REALLY struggling with breathing/air hunger/wheezing. Please can someone take a look at these? I’m still on a T4/T3 combination, my levels are all ok and I’m feeling better than I have in a long time ( with the exception of breathing!) Many thanks.

MrsBoilie your Ferritin is rather low and needs to be at least 70, and your B12 would be better almost at the top. Are you taking B12 and a good B-Complex? A good B-Complex with Methylfolate would help, together with a B12 Methylcobalamin. Sorry can't help with much more and hope someone else with more knowledge will be along soon. I have had a bit of breath shortage lately, so need to look at my ferritin levels again I think.
