Your TSH is above range and your FT4 only just above midway in range. So you are still under-medicated, but it is very early days yet, you've only recently been diagnosed & started treatment, and you've also got the nodule diagnosis.

You will most likely be given an increase of Levothyroxine to the 75mcg dose. Then retested again in another 6 to 8 weeks.

Are you now under an Endocrinologist? I think you should have FreeT3 tested also.

If you haven't had the nutrients levels (Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin ) tested yet then do ask for these asap. You may have deficiencies (especially Vitamin D ) and need prescribed supplements.

Hi Mary

I've asked my GP test me for T3, Vit D, B12, Folate & Ferritin but he's said it's not necessary 🤔

Typical !

Aren't you under an Endocrinologist? Ask him/her
