Self medicating

I’m thinking about self sourcing NDT (or t3 to add to levo) as I may be one of those who needs extra t3 to feel well - I’m still at the pondering stage (with a cold causing return of brain fog)

I’m off on holiday to Cyprus soon and was wondering about popping into a pharmacy to buy NDT or T3 but not sure if it’s possible or what to ask for.

AND reading all the problems others are experiencing getting it and the brexit issues of supply... am I just setting my self up for disappointment in 6 months if I then can’t get it.
