Pain in neck throat and left ear

i have posted my blood work and result of hyperthyroidism on here my f3 was 24.2..I have been having pain in my throat sometimes on swallowing also bad pain in my left ear like a knitting needle being poked in to it,,I feel like I have swollen glands on and off.. carbimazole made me very ill was taken off it..I'm now on propylthiouracil been on it since this wed my GP has said I need to be on it for 6 to 8 wks..I have not been offered an appointment with the endo she is in agreement with this she says my GP is doing his best..my question is how can a GP or endo know what's going on in side your throat with out having a throat scan especially when you have associated pain🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
