Blue horizen 4 saliva test

Can anyone please advise me on taking samples.

12oclock and 4pm is easy.

But my sleeping pattern at night is very bad. Rarely do I sleep beyond 4am. Now is that the time , 30 minutes later, that I take the first one? Sorry if it seems silly , but I am a bit perplexed.

I think you should check that with Blue Horizon, they are best placed to answer you.

You do know that the Blue Horizon (and Medichecks) adrenal test only tests cortisol and doesn't include DHEA which really should be tested from the same samples. For the same price you would have had the full test that includes both from Regenerus or Genova.

Oh I didnt know that ☹️ . So much to learn. I will ask them tomorrow , but does not including that mean its not much good ?

Testing DHEA as well as cortisol helps with determining stages of adrenal fatigue. In the initial stage, both cortisol and DHEA will be high, the more we struggle to produce stress hormones then DHEA will lower, and more advanced adrenal fatigue then cortisol will lower too. My simple explantation, more info out there to research if you want to.
