I take it you're not on any thyroid medication (from your last post).

Your over range TSH means your thyroid is struggling, in fact it confirms Subclinical Hypothyroidism (where TSH is between 4-10 with symptoms), but your FT4 and FT3 are in range so will be of no concern to your doctor.

Your current antibody test shows no sign of autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's), but one negative doesn't rule it out, they could be raised on subsequent tests. If your antibodies were raised, you'd have more chance of being prescribed Levo by an enlightened doctor.

You said in your other post that you have adrenal problems. Could this be playing a part?

And what about vitamins and minerals, you could test these to see if they are at optimal levels, if not then consider supplementing:

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

Thank you seaside susie. My TSH has been higher 5.15. Like you say my adrenals, for which I am not supplementing currently - have been poor (although last ASP showed off the scale night time cortisol - GP wants to rule out Cushings - endo doesn’t think I have cushings) from 2013 onwards. Low cortisol and very low DHEA so I have made some progress with fatigue and lost some weight which appeared from nowhere alongside a fatty liver! I have hissing in my ears and mild pitting oedema of the lower legs but heat intolerance and aches and pains in legs and consistently low Basel temperature (32-35) I am 6 years post menopause ... there’s be a lot of stress, single parent etc...

I supplant with vit D as this was 30 when tested first and B12. I take vit c and ubiquinol and magnesium currently.
