Taken too much levothyroxine
Don't worry about it. It won't have any immediate effect. Just don't take any for two days and it will even itself out. It's a storage hormone, so you wouldn't feel any effect for six weeks, anyway.
Don't worry too much just miss out some doses. It is possible to take one week's dose of levothyroxine instead of daily, I have read.
Not to worry, some doctors suggest taking a weeks dose at a time. T4 only becomes effective when converted to T3 and your cells won’t convert it all at the same time. Just don’t take any more until you’ve had time to catch up. Take none for the next two days then resume alternating dose starting with 75mcg. I went on holiday once without my pillbox but bought one at the airport when I realised. It’s an essential item I think! Good luck.
