Your thyroid results are unusual. Your FT3 is 55% through range so you appear to be benefitting from the T3 in Thyrovanz, but it's a puzzle as to why your TSH is so high.

TPO antibodies: 356 (<34)

This confirms autoimmune thyroiditis aka Hashimoto's disease which is where antibodies attack the thyroid and gradually destroy it. The antibody attacks cause fluctuations in symptoms and test results.

You can help reduce the antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet which has helped many members here. Gluten contains gliadin (a protein) which is thought to trigger autoimmune attacks so eliminating gluten can help reduce these attacks. You don't need to be gluten sensitive or have Coeliac disease for a gluten free diet to help.

Supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily can also help reduce the antibodies, as can keeping TSH suppressed.

Ferritin: 32.4 (13-150)

This is too low.

For thyroid hormone to work (that's our own as well as replacement hormone) ferritin needs to be at least 70, preferably half way through range.

It would be an idea to ask your GP if he will do an iron panel and full blood count to see if you have iron defiency anaemia and see whether supplementing with iron tablets is appropriate. Otherwise, you can help raise your level by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

Vit D: 67.2nmol/L

The Vit D Council recommends a level of 125nmol/L and class anything below 100 as deficiency vitamindcouncil.org/for-hea...

With your level, to reach 125nmol/L they recommend supplementing with 3700iu D3 daily. As you have Hashi's, for best absorption an oral spray is recommended, eg BetterYou.

There are important cofactors needed when taking D3 as recommended by the Vit D Council -

vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems such as hardening of the arteries, kidney stones, etc.

D3 and K2 are fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day, D3 four hours away from thyroid meds.

Magnesium helps D3 to work. We need Magnesium so that the body utilises D3, it's required to convert Vit D into it's active form. So it's important we ensure we take magnesium when supplementing with D3.

Magnesium comes in different forms, check to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds

Check out the other cofactors too.

ActiveB12: 92.9 (25.10-165.0)

Not bad.

Folate: 9.9 (2.91-50.0)

This is low. If this was my result I would supplement with a good B Complex containing 400mcg methylfolate, eg Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B. This will help raise your folate level. Also check out folate rich foods. Both of those brands contain 400mcg B12 at the recommended dose, and that may nudge your B12 a bit higher too.

Optimising your vitamins and minerals may help where trying to raise your dose of Thyrovanz is concerned.
