Just found these in my cupboard has any one used them and found they helped ? Or should I just bin them?

They contain iodine. Have you tested and are you deficient in iodine? If not then don't take them.

Looking at the ingredients, it would appear that it's a general multivitamin and mineral containing Vit C, B vitamins, iron, zinc, copper, etc. It contains folic acid and cyanocobalamin, both are the wrong forms of those vitamins. Also, the iron will affect absorption of the other things. General advice here is not to take multivitamin/minerals. The bin is the place for this one
