Paul

As this is a forum for people with thyroid conditions, I wonder if you have posted on the wrong forum.

We can help with questions about the thyroid but only you can decide if you want to eat your chicken :)

Just glancing through your past posts on various forums, it certainly sounds like you ought to be tested for thyroid. :)

Always, always get a print-out of your results, don't just rely on your doctors understanding of them, because they often don't understand blood test results at all. If you live in the UK, it is your legal right to have a print-out. Ask at reception. :)

Gerrit darn thi neck lad.

What recipe did you use? Do you go for the BIR (British Indian Restaurant) type curry or a more traditional Indian Housewives type curry. PM me the details as we don't wish to outstay our welcome and waste other peoples time on here.

I've just bought Misty Ricardo's BIR curry book, gonna try it soon when I find the time. Sorry that's a lie, I pressured wifey to buy it for me as an early Christmas pressie, Merry Christmas everyone.

If you like the British style Indian food and you have the time go buy Misty Ricardo's book Jnetti, takes some time to make the base sauce but when you have that you can knock quality curries up of your own in no time at all.

We have to stop this now as the Thyroid Disciplinary Police will be along shortly.

i would love to but only two chicks

Curry is not a problem for the thyroid, nor is chicken. In fact many curry spices are beneficial.
