I can't read the magnesium result but I think it might be below range. It says to make an appointment with your doctor so he should sort that out, you may need magnesium injections. I had a similar result years ago when I was seeing a private practioner, the practioner wrote to my GP to ask her to give me magnesium injections and it was refused. Hopefully your GP will do something as these appear to be NHS tests.
Serum iron is recommended to be 55-70% through range (higher end for men) and yours is 73%
TIBC - low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron and high in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron - yours is 3/4 of the way through the range
Saturation - optimal is 35%-45% (higher end for men) and yours is 46%
Everything else is within range and nothing flagged up.
