Feature ONE
If you click on your own icon/avatar at the top right of the page, a dropdown menu appears - one of the options being Help.
This Help facility is quite well done with little animated graphics demonstrating exactly how to do things. Sometimes there are different versions depending on how you are accessing HealthUnlocked (computer or phone).
When people ask how to do something, I often reply with a link to the relevant Help page as it is so much better than trying to explain in just words.

Feature TWO
In the picture on this thread, there is a box saying Search HealthUnlocked. This allows you to search for the information you want.
It is far from perfect but HealthUnlocked do seem to be making improvements.

We have a huge rate of posting on Thyroid UK. In posting this, I hope that some posts can be avoided allowing the others to get more of the attention they need. At the same time, using Help and Search should at least sometimes get an answer more quickly than posting and waiting for replies.
