No endo appointment

Also after being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I have not been sent to an endo I would like to know why because I'm sure they would know more than my doc would know this bugs me...😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was automatically referred to an endocrinologist as soon as my blood test revealed an overactive thyroid - my results were very out of range. I thought hyperthyroidism always resulted in referral to endocrinology. Perhaps that’s changed?

Although, interesting,y I get flares which I'm told are Hasimotto flares and my levels will be up there at these times but come down naturally again.
