A friend who has started on Levo and is already enjoying the benefits asked me if I would enquire as to whether Levo would increase her low blood pressure. Could anyone please advise. Thank you.

Let's just say 'it should do'. Low blood pressure is a hypo symptom, and taking the right amount of levo should get rid of all symptoms. But, there's never any guarantee of anything.
If you increase your Levo (T4) it should increase your T3 (assuming you are a reasonable or good converter). For some people (like me e.g.) an increase in T3 will increase the blood pressure (BP) for sure. I would love to increase my thyroid meds even just a little bit but cannot because of the resulting increase in BP.
