Ferritin level

Could anyone advise what my ferritin level should be, my eyebrows are still not growing, how do I increase it other than eating liver?

Eyebrows are not necessarily low ferritin

They often go missing when hypo.

I still haven't managed to get them back

Perhaps someone may post with some tips

Thanks for your response I read on here that your ferritin should be 70 for optimum hair growth, but not sure how that relates to me as my results are 160ugl .

I'm no expert but your ferritin looks OK at 160, it would be very dangerous for you to supplement when you do not need it, mine is a dire 22, I'm sure others who are more experienced will comment🙌
