Hi fellow adrenals sufferers,

I have recently bought some Pantethine to help strengthen my adrenals and my metabolism, and I'm wondering if anyone has done something similar and noticed an improvement ?

Or have you taken any other supplement which has helped improve or enhance their adrenal journey ?

It is such a long, wearying journey and I can get so low at times as it also depletes my energy levels easily !

Love to hear from anyone whose made it through and what you have found that has really helped ?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Not tried B5 for that issue, but did try adaptogens such as rhodiola rosea which helped me at a point when I was getting really stressed and not sleeping properly. I found that very good. How do you know you have low adrenals? Have you done the adrenal saliva test?

Hello Helen,

I Have used adaptogens, but they were the supplements that gave me my current adrenal problem. As adaptogens lower cortisol !!!!!!

Initially I had a saliva test done and found out that my morning and the noon cortisol points were low, but the other two points in the day were not too bad. I Saw a specialist and he recommended that I take some Ashwaghanda and some licorice drops, as well as the adrenal glangulars.

5 months later i wasn't feeling much better ,so had another saliva test, which showed that my cortisol was almost flatlining.- I checked this out on google and particularly on Dr Lam's site, plus It was also pointed out by one of our admin people on here - that yes adaptogens lower cortisol !!!!!

So I'm now on the long climb back , firstly, to where I was (on the first saliva test), and then back to normal !

Good luck getting back to where you were. It's so hard to work this stuff out on our own - basically using ourselves as test subjects. Hope it doesn't take too long
