I’ve just noticed my latest thyroxine 100mgr is tevo not sure if I should take it ? As it’s not my usual brand, will my chemist exchange it ?

I don't think they are allowed to exchange medicines once you have left the pharmacy. For most people a change in brand will make only a small difference. I'd use it and see if it is the same, better or worse.

I would take it straight back. Apologise and say you didn't notice it wasn't your usual brand

Many many people react very badly to Teva

My pharmacist was really helpful gave me next months supply and put notes on my file “no Tevo” so thank you didnt want to risk it .

That's good. I believe they shouldn't really because they can't guarantee that you have stored it correctly but clearly they have used some common sense.

Hi I had the same problem when t3 prices became headlines. I was given teva at Boots. having left the shop came home, when I realised what has happened Phone them and explained. They changed it and made a note on their system for future. Good luck.
