Avoiding Thyroidectomy

I have a 5x4x5 solid cyst in my right thyroid and a 2cm solid cyst next to it - this has grown over the course of a few months. I would like to try Percutaneous ethanol injections as a first line of treatment - can someone please advise where I can get the treatment done?

I've not heard of those so can't help, but perhaps try posting this again as a new post (so more people will see it) and put Sourcing Percutaneous ethanol injections? as the title.
