Can you add your most recent blood test results and ranges
Low vitamin levels can be an issue
Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested? Add results and ranges too if you have them
Just wondering if your new 25mcg tablet is a different brand from your other one? Is it Teva brand?
Many people find Levothyroxine brands are not interchangeable. Once you find a brand that suits you, best to make sure to only get that one at each prescription. Watch out for brand change when dose is increased or at repeat prescription. Many patients do NOT get on well with Teva brand of Levothyroxine. Though it is the only one for lactose intolerant patients
NHS guidelines saying standard starter dose is 50mcgs and that most patients eventually need somewhere between 100mcg and 200mcg Levothyroxine

50mcg is only a starter dose of Levothyroxine. It should be increased in 25mcg steps, or can increase by half that if you can't tolerate full 25mcg
Bloods should be retested after 6-8 weeks on 75mcg .....once you get use to full increase
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. When on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after test. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
You might find that you have been operating slowly for so long that normal feels like speed. Do you have racing heart, shaking hands etc, or do you just feel mentally speeded up? Sweats can be menopause, meds too high or meds too low - it does actually feel different for different causes but too hard to describe, so I'd discount sweating for the time being.
