Can I take Igennus Super B-Complex with my breakfast 1 hour after taking Levothyroxine?

Hi everyone,

I would appreciate it if any of you can help me.

I take Levothyroxine in the morning 1 hour before breakfast and I would like to know if it is ok to take Igennus Super B-Complex supplement with my breakfast?

At the moment I am taking 1 with my lunch and 1 with my dinner.

It's advised to leave 2 hours between Levo and supplements. You could take 2 x Igennus Super B at lunchtime, that's the equivalent of 1 x Thorne Basic B.
