Hypertyroidism

After being digonised with Hypertyroidism started on carbimazole and propanlol but when used after a meal I vomit and on an empty stomach I do not could there be a problem that I now take them on an empty stomach. Thank you for the advice.

I've never taken carbimozol so can't comment on it but what kind of hyperthyroidism have you been diagnosed with? What tests did you have to confirm your condition?

Carbimazole made me sick at first, I have been taking 40mg for 6 months now and I find the best time is after breakfast, I still get some nausea but not too bad.

Thanks all for the replies, after checking that T3,T4 and TSH were all not in order my Dr. Recommended the above so after something like 6month went in his office and the other Dr, in there said it was now graves and is recommending total thyroidectomy which am so scared of
