Pernisious Anemia
Perncious anaemia is vitamin B12 deficiency. Low iron is Iron deficiency anaemia. Have you had your B12 level tested?

THANK YOU SO MUCH Redapple
Have a look here for info on causes of low folate. Maybe there's something there that is relevant for you. (You need to scroll down the page to the heading 'Causes of folate deficiency'). nhs.uk/conditions/vitamin-b...
Iron deficiency anaemia is quite common in hypothyroid people. You doctor can prescribe medication for this.
Hi redapple
Sorry to be a bit thick ,do you think my b12 was ok
Assuming you're not taking any B12 supplements, yes, your level is ok at the moment. That said, it can take a very long time for blood levels of B12 to drop below range, so it's worth keeping an eye on it if you're concerned. However, with that result, most doctors will see no reason to test your B12 again in the foreseeable future so you might need to consider doing a private test in a few months. If you do, consider doing the test for Active B12 rather than serum B12. See here thyroiduk.org/tuk/testing/A...
