Your FT4 has risen since last time. I thought it might. It is still lowish, but your FT3 is now mid-range. So, there's really no indication of hypothyroidism in those results.
However, your B12 is rather low. It would be better higher in range. When my B12 was at that level, I was having terrible symptoms. Try taking B 12 and see if it helps. Get a bottle of 5000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin, and take one a day, under the tongue. When the bottle is empty, get the 1000 mcg variety as a maintenance dose. At the same time, get a good B complex - i.e. one with methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin; and methylfolate not folic acid - and take one a day, also.
Many thanks for the advice
