Does anyone have any advise around muscles, I can’t seem to jog anymore because I pull my muscles due to them being tight , they seem to seize up often and I get cramp in very strange places quite a lot , what can i do to help this if at all ???? I have Graves’ disease but now post rai under active!!!

Can't give any advice but I very much relate to all you have said. I have Hashi's and since diagnosed just under 2 years ago the worst and prevailing symptoms are bone/muscle pain, pulled muscles that don't heal and tendonitis at the top of my arms. All Endo's can suggest it it's not thyroid related and could be fibromyalgia or another autoimmune condition and best to see a rheumatologist. I used to jog/run but struggle now. How are your thyroid levels? TSH, FT4 and FT3?

I’m still under 2 years later but they do r give me the actual results and I can see they are not keen too, thanks

You need full testing for thyroid and vitamins as advised in previous post

I use Pure Encapsulations magnesium

glycinate for painful muscles (& other problems). I also use Better You Magnesium Oil in a spray. I find they are great products.

Also need to be optimal in Vit D & iron as a lack these will cause muscle fatigue.
