So I have a question, if I stop taking my Levothyroxine (I had my thyroid taken out years ago due to nodules) so anyway if I stop taking my Levothyroxine, how long before I’d go into the Mexadoma coma?

Why would you want to stop taking Levo?

There's really no useful answer to your question, if only because everyone is different. What is fairly certain though, is that you would suffer very, very badly for quite some time before myxoedema coma actually happened.

The late Oliver Sacks (neurologist who studied under Richard Asher) wrote about a patient called 'Uncle Toby', who was awoken from what might have been myxoedema coma by the administration of natural thyroid. It was published in Granta magazine under the title 'Cold Storage'. granta.com/cold-storage/

Impossible to say.

I'm certain I've suffered from Myxodema Madness in varying degrees. I was on a very low dose of T4 for 14 years. I couldn't convert it to usable thyroid hormone T3, so no doubt my body was not getting much if any thyroid hormone. Then I was prescribed an extremely low dose (20mcg a day) of T3. With the cumulative effect of that over decades, plus the low nutrients in my body as a result, plus the adrenal fatigue, I will tell you - constant horrific exhaustion, sleeping for 24 hours at a time - night or day, complete body & face puffed up, insane thoughts, the worst mental health symptoms you could ever possibly imagine. That's only a few of the symptoms. And I was taking a very small dose of thyroid hormone, so taking none - I wouldn't care to imagine it.
