Hello, and advice needed

Hello. 4 and a bit weeks after suffering a heart attack (NSTEMI) I have been diagnosed with hypethyroidism after being admitted to A&E. I have lost 2 stone in 4 weeks.

I have had meds upped and changed and am now on Bisoprolol, Clopidogril, Digoxin, Indapamide, Amlodipine, Warfarin and Carbimazole.

I have atrial fibrillation and will probably have to have cardioversion before my triple bypass to sort my coronary arteries.

Is anyone able to give me advice on how to live day to day with the condition? I realise I have to take things gently as I still feel very tired
