Hi I’m hoping I can find some advice from someone , 9 years ago I had my thyroid completely taken out it had goiters, cancer and basically was not working . Since then I’ve never felt right apart from the first year . I look at pictures almost a year after and I’m me again . But from that point onwards I’m now longer me, I’m so heavy ( despite dieting ), I loose my hair by the shed loads, no eyebrows, I’m depressed, anxiety , my nails are awful, my adrenals are depleted, I suffer from massive migraines and vertigo basically I’m only functioning because I need to for my kids and husband but all I want to do is just sleep all day every day and never go out of my house .

I take levothyroxine 200mg and 10mcg of levothyrine . I tried amour a couple of years ago for 3 months but I felt it made my depression worse ! So I came off of them! I’m in the uk and to try and find someone who knows what they are talking about is like trying to find the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow . All the advice I find is people that have their thyroid still nothing much on people that don’t have it ! I can’t carry on like this .

Also, say if you have had vitamins and minerals tested and post those results if you have them.
