Just to say that we are at present collecting together the 9 papers in this journal that we and closely collaborating people have written, to produce an eBook in which there will a linking foreword and the 9 papers distributed in 4 chapters to cover all aspects of thyroid physiology, responses to nonthyroidal illness, and clinical applications. This amalgamation will allow readers to pick up the whole story in one publication, as an ongoing progressive argument, rather than having to access each paper separately. We hope this approach will attract a lot more attention and show that there is a continuous thread that leads to conclusions on best treatment.

Collecting our papers in Frontiers in Thyroid Endocrinology into an eBook.
Hooray!
Long awaited!
Great news, and I look forward to reading this.
Could the ebook be produced in 'epub' format as well as those formats only readable on an Amazon Kindle? Many of us who own Kobo, Nook, Sony etc. e-readers wish to avoid the Big A for book purchases. Epub format books are widely available from Hive, WHSmith, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and other websites.
You can download a free program for various different types of gadget (from Amazon) that allows you to read books in Kindle format.

I have a Kindle, but I have also downloaded the PC version of the Kindle App and can read any of my books on my PC as well as my Kindle. The Kindle has more bells and whistles than the Kindle App for PC - but since its free I have no complaints.
Thanks, HB. I have the 'Kindle for PC' thingy for my laptop, but they don't have an option for other brands of e-reader, like my Kobo.
There are some dodgy software programmes available that purport to remove the DRM from the Kindle formats so they're readable on a Kobo or Nook, but I haven't pursued this.
I'll have to take that up with the journal.
Brilliant!
The best news! Thank you!
Look forward to reading this in whatever format.
Excellent! Thank you, diogenes et al.
