The right thyroid lobe shows one nodul measuring (3.9 X 4.4) mm
Right lobe measures (38 X 13 X 19) mm

Unless you're very young, or very old, or have a heart condition, it would have been better to start on 50 rather than 25 mcg. But, if you increase it yourself, will you have enough?
Only one week is not long enough to notice any changes, but yes, either the levo will help, or the swelling will go down by itself. It's not for life! I had it a long time before my Hashi's was diagnosed, and it did go by itself.
I'm 32 years old and they told me to start with levo 50 , some said to start with 25 and increase it to 50 later.
for the thing in my throat is almost 3 months with it , i was making sure it's related with hashi ( & will go by medication ) so not to worry about .. thanks again
