What are 'healthy' levels of Thyroid antibodies?

Just read through this and it's the first time I've seen this range quoted as being 'healthy' level for thyroid antibodies....link at the end.

The summary:

Thyroperoxidase antibodies (aka TPO ab)

* Between 100-300 (roughly) is considered a clinical win

* Normal reference range is < 35 UI

* The higher the levels the greater the risk of developing true hypothyroidism in the future

Those pesky thyroid antibodies in be in range, so less likely to attack my thyroid my 'mistake' and make me more hypothyroid!
