8 weeks pregnant, optimal thyroid?

Hi, I’m on holiday and it’s the weekend so I’m trying to undertand these results myself without a doctor.

TSH is 0.05

T4 is 11

I was on 100mg lexothyroxine before pregnancy, since increased by 25mg. Should I increase another 25mg to be optimal? I won’t see a doctor for 2 more weeks.

I’d be telephoning a Doctor you trust, it’s crucial you get this right. Someone here may be able to help, but I’d still get a medical opinion if you can from someone experienced in managing hypothyroidism in pregnancy

Well if it’s a uk doctor you want, there a bit short on the ground even in the daytime. Perhaps wait till Monday then?

Guidance is that TSH should be below 2.5 during pregnancy, you are well below 2.5.
