What is your optimal pulse rate and body temperature

Hi all,

I find that there is a discrepancy between optimal dose according to blood tests and pulse rate/body temperature.

So many of us use pulse/temp to check where we are at.

I am sure many of you know by now what your pulse/temp is when you are feeling best.

I would appreciate it if as many as possible post their optimal rates, to see if it varies a lot from person to person.

Mine is:

Pulse rate: 60-65

Body temperature: 36.9

I'm not convinced body temperature is a reliable indicator and pulse rate can be altered by many things.

I think yours is fine. Usually if hypo and undermedicated both are low. I haven't taken mine for ages as I am feeling well.
