There is a guideline which requests that you let people know why they might wish to follow a link and what they will find there. Please add a sentence to explain.

If you do not, some people will just go straight past and not look even though they might have been interested. Others will follow and look and then wonder why they wasted their time and bandwidth.

I enjoyed that, thanks for posting.

Confirms the importance of taking a look at gut health first, as it contributes to so many health problems. Informing oneself, making dietary changes & supplementation is most certainly the way to go.

I totally agree with the article, that if Dr's can't be ars@d to look at route causes, "it's all in the head" then the patient is sent along the psychiatric route because it's easier! Makes my blood boil 😡
