Do you have hypothyroidism? Low nutrient levels often accompany hypo and symptoms of low Vit D can be joint and muscle aches and pains. Have you had vitamins and minerals tested? Do you have any thyroid results you can post (including reference ranges).
Thanks for your reply.my routine bloods and the one of the thyroid are good.

What are these "good" results?
Is TSH 1 or below with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their ranges?
What are your vitamin and mineral levels?
Thyroid stimulating hormone is 4.275 and free T4 is 13.68
Vitamin level results i didn t take
Can you add the ranges on these results pleas
If you are on Levothyroxine then TSH is likely too high and FT4 looks low
You also need to test FT3 and both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies
Plus very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12. These are very often too low, especially if under medicated
Ask GP for all these tests, though you are unlikely to get FT3 tested
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting.
If on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's. Low vitamins are especially common with Hashimoto's. Food intolerances are very common too, especially gluten. So it's important to get TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once .
You didn't say if you are diagnosed hypothyroid. But whether you are or not your TSH is way too high. A normal healthy person's TSH is likely to be no higher than 2, and if treated with Levo most people are best with TSH around 1 or below.
Without the range we can't tell if your FT4 is low, or middling, my guess is it's low in range, which again for a treated hypo patient is too low, for a normal healthy person then mid-range is probably OK.
You really need vitamins and minerals tested, as mentioned your symptoms could be due to low levels. You should either ask for them to be done or do them privately as SlowDragon has suggested.
