I'm just trying to find out where in range I need to be since I never seem to feel good for long...

Anyone who feels best with ft3 middle of range?

Like you, I am on a combination of Levo and T3. I feel best when both FT4 and FT3 are about 3/4 of the way through the range. Of course, it's very individual, it took me a long time and much tweaking to find where I feel best.
Thanks. Maybe I should try that. As it is now ft4 is 40% in range and ft3 74%. Maybe I should try increasing levo by 12.5.
That's what I did. I was on 100 mcg Levo (plus the T3) and tried 75mcg. Bad move! I increased back to 100mcg, then I had to change brands of T3 so that threw a spanner in the works for a few months. Got back to my original brand of T3, then eventually put Levo up to 112.5mcg and that seems to suit me. I have optimised all my nutrient levels and that is important too.
Oh, that's the same for me. Was taking 100+18.75 but moved country so now I'm taking 100+20 I suspect that this might be a bit too much t3 for me and that I might do better with 112.5+15
Results on 100+18.75 was
Tsh 0.01
Ft3 5.6 (3.6-6.3)
Ft4 16 (12-22)
Do you think this be a good move?
How much t3 are you taking now?
And most importantly are you well now?
I'm taking 25mcg Unipharma now. I was taking 18.75mcg of Grossman Cynomel, I found it a bit stronger than Unipharma and didn't like it so much. I have a stock of Unipharma but don't know what I will do when it runs out.
With your results I would add 12.5mcg Levo and see how you go with that plus 15mcg T3. You might find the different brand of T3 could be stronger or weaker then you might need to alter the dose.
I have now been on new dose 112.5+15 for 2 weeks. First week felt no different but after a week felt really good but unfortunately I'm starting to feel worse again now 2 weeks after increase. Shall I hold and have blood test or change dose? Starting to feel tired, restless and short tempered... But at the same time gaining weight again and feel a need for sugar.

As it's Levo you have increased, you have to give it time. It takes 6 weeks to feel the full effects of a Levo dose change.
As you are having sugar "cravings" then there could be more involved. Do some research h on the causes of sugar cravings. How are your adrenals?
Do you think its a mistake to go back to 100 levo again after just 3 weeks as I suspect that I'm over medicated.
