Hi,
When you increase your dose of T3 is it 'normal' to feel a little gittery for a few days as your system adjusts?
If yes....I'm assuming a couple of days then all is good?
If no....then you have to drop back down?
Thank you.

Others may have a different experience to me. I am on a settled dose of T3. I have taken a slightly higher dose than today's and I adjust dose according to weather, i.e. hot or cold. At present I have reduced dose by 1/4 as it is warm where I am at present.
When increasing T3, keep an eye on pulse/temp and if either goes too high (if you know what your 'normal' was before taking it) reduce to previous dose.
T3 is absorbed quickly into our millions/billons of T3 receptor cells and then the work of that one dose lasts between one to three days.
If you feel slightly different on T3, you can either wait a couple of days to see if you settle and if not then reduce by 1/4 tablet.
Thank you Shaws...
Ive been on T3 for quite a long time now...I also wear a fitbit so I monitor my pulse.
I'm feeling better than I was this morning...and my pulse is back to normal.
My problem is when I feel a bit gittery I also panic which clearly makes it worse...
I'm on day three - so will give another 3 days you think to see if I settle?
Thanx again.
