Can be number of things

Can you add your most recent blood test results and ranges for TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus do you know if you have Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies? Have you had thyroid antibodies tested

Also important to test iron, ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D. Vitamins are often too low and then prevent thyroid hormones working so well. Especially with Hashimoto's

Low vitamins can cause heavy/loud heart beat that you are aware of

Acid reflux and gas is most often low stomach acid as result of being hypothyroid. So this suggests you may be not on quite enough thyroid hormones

Have you seen your blood test results? If you haven't, request them. Check your TSH which should be close to 1.0.

You probably need to increase your hormone. This will help your hard heartbeats. As slowdragon suggests you probably have deficiencies and it is very important for your heart to have B vitamins. These are actually made by certain bacteria in your gut. The whole of the digestive tract called your microbiome is the source of your good health or bad health. You could look at autoimmune protocol diets to see where your way of eating could be improved.

You're welcome. I was also going to mention apple cider vinegar due to the white patches on your tongue. Are you sure it's acid? Often it's a lack of acid for hypothyroid patients. Using the unfiltered type of vinegar can be helpful to balance some of the bacteria in the gut.

If you mean you are having twitches around the eye, definitely need a good form of magnesium. Sometimes taking it orally isn't as good so there are topical forms you could use instead.

Don't be surprised about the acid, acid reflux is due to low acid which makes it hard to metabolize nutrients especially minerals like B12.
