Quick question does anyone use a Fit Bit watch or any watch to monitor their activities including Heart Rate ? I ask because I use the Fit Bit Versa Watch and I do keep track of my Heart Rate I (realize watch is not 100% accurate) but close enough for me and since my medication change a week ago my HR during sleep won't register it's say that it's below range or out of range. I compaired this info to earlier info (before med change) and my HR registered during my sleep.....Now it just registers during the day/early evening on watch just fine but halfway through the night while sleeping "Nothing" as if I've taken off my watch.
My question is does this mean (low HR) during sleep is too low because of med change or is this a good thing to have a much lower HR during sleep?
HR PRIOR to med change during sleep was low 60s to low 70s always.
With Med change I start out with low 70s to not even registering because watch can't detect HR.
I need to know if you think this is worth mentioning to Endo or not? I feel absolutley fine.

I have the ionic. My heart rate at night sits happily 40-50 and is registered easily. May be worth giving it to another person to test. Could it be the watch. Is it tight enough?
I'd definitely try it out with another person, as the first thing to rule out is if there is a problem with the watch. You could also try resetting the device once or twice for the same reason. I am not familiar with the Verso, but I found out quite easily how to reset earlier models by searching online.
I've used one for several years and have never seen anything like this. I have quite a high pulse but my blood pressure is low and hard to find manually, but the Fitbit doesn't seem to have any problem even while I've had quite strange heartrates. Although sometimes it doesn't give me a full sleep graph when it struggles and I get the basic version. Do you use the sleep detection and sleep graphs, too, and do they also show nothing?
I've noticed that in the Fitbit literature they suggest several times that the position you lie and sleep in could impact the measurement, although I've never fully known what it means.
I believe the little laser on the back of the device measures heart rate, but don't know any more than that. Its possible there is some kind of interference in your bedroom or even something going on with your skin, or some other high tech explanation.
Hi silver avocado, My watch has the sleep and it registers my sleep fine and my heart rate it just says it's out of range. As I sit here my darn band broke in half.....yeah one more thing
Hehe, I find those bands are not very long lasting. You can find cheap replacements online. I got annoyed with them breaking and now have a metal one that has lasted a year or so and shows no sign of breaking.
