The above has been posted in the past but I think many who've not read it will find it very interesting indeed. Especially one whose dose is restricted due to their TSH result.

This is the truth! And extremely helpful. TSH alone is worthless, let me explain why! No I have not read this yet. Sorry. I will. My TSH has been high for 2 years, no matter if I raised my T4 or not! There are some people whoms their TSH will not read correctly, 1. High Estrogen Levels

2. People whom have Antibodies to the HAMA (Human Anti-Mouse Antibody) have interference in their TSH results because most TSH test assays use mouse antibodies. They have a special varient test called “TSH with HAMA” that a physician will have to order.

Free T3 & Free T4 is the most reliable Thyroid Test today. Please share and pass it on.
