In part depends whether your 75 levothyroxin dose is anywhere near enough ....your body might need to increase by many more 25 mcg doses, or even need T3 too. Unfortunately you have to be patient, get your 6 or so week blood tests to check/ monitor progress. But if you've explored this forum you will have seen you also need to check, with blood tests( perhaps privately), that your vitamins/ minerals ( Vit D, B12, folate and ferric) are also in a good range. If you have results post them here with ranges... there are lots of people to advise.
