Does anyone have Costo? What do you find triggers it and how do you combat it?

It seems to come on after unusual heavy work (using long arm pole loppers on an enourmous pyracantha set it off it was really HARD work involving looking up and having my neck in an odd position and testing my upper body - the pyracantha looks great now!).

I just suffer it until it goes away can take months ☹️ Not had it for a bit....touch wood - oh dear that pyracantha might need a bit of work again soon.....
