Sorry to hear you're having such a stressful time. I've been told lots of things to help adrenal fatigue but can't say I've noticed much difference for trying them.. but they include using salt (sea salt rather than table salt) to support the adrenals, magnesium, potassium, Siberian Ginseng, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin C, liquorice, B vitamins, chromium picolinate.
I understand you can also supplement bovine or porcine adrenal glands.
Have you looked into Paul Robinson's protocols? He wrote 'Recovering with T3' and also 'The CT3M handbook', which is about taking T3 in the very early hours. He has a page on facebook, 'Recovering with T3' and occasionally offers skype consultations. The circadian rhythm is meant to help resolve cortisol issues. Might be worth exploring.
