Underactive Thyroid symptoms

Hello. I have been struggling with a lot of symptoms and have what looks like goiter.

My body feels like it has been run over by a truck, cold (esp backside), aching everything, tired (exhausted) all the time, brain fog, problems with feet, put on LOADS of weight (5 stone) and the list goes on. I'm hoping to change surgery so I can actually get an appointment! Just wondered if anyone could recommend any good thyroid specialists in the Devon/Torquay area? Many thanks.
